Franzy Fleck helps gives strategies for new principals in Principal magazine

Franzy Fleck published an article in the Principal magazine in the September/October 2007 issues. The article "The Balanced Principal: Joining Theory and Practical Knowledge" discusses how a veteran principals' best practices are a new principal's strongest weapon. Fleck also gives strategies that universities, districts and peers can use to better prepare new principals. Fleck has published one book with Eye On Education, What Successful Principals Do! 169 Tips for Principals.
