On Friday, the Athen's Patch featured an article titled "Clarke County School District To Grade Teachers' Performance With New Assessment." The article discussed a new district-specific evaluation tool, which will be used by administrators to attract and retain the best educators.

The author, Ryan Blackburn, went to Sally Zepeda for her thoughts on the new system. Zepeda offered, "It's system-based, and I think we're going to see a lot of people looking to the Clarke County School system for advice and council on how to achieve this."
